Dress Your Bump with Asda George02:49
I have found searching for Maternity clothes rather hard over the past months, not really knowing what sizes to buy I opted for buying clothes that were two sizes bigger and generally not very expensive in the hopes that after pregnancy I will be able to slip back in to my usual size clothing. (I can dream) It has only been recently that I have got to grips with maternity clothing sizes and that actually I don't need to buy clothing two sizes bigger as it is recommended that when buying maternity clothing you can wear your usual size, which for me is a size 12. WHY HAS IT TAKEN ME SO LONG TO REALISE THIS!
At 32 weeks I am starting to realise (better late than never) that you can still be stylish but comfortable and although I may not be dressing in my usual vintage inspired style I could still feel comfortable in my own body and not feel frumpy.
So after searching the net I found a few pieces of maternity wear and of course mixed them in with some none maternity wear.
Places like ASDA- George have been amazing for Maternity wear and at such great prices you can really put a few great outfits together. I selected some super comfy 3/4 Sleeve Tops to wear with leggings for those chill out days, a lovely pair of brown cord jeggings from the non maternity range along with this wonderful big knit poncho to keep my bump warm. I also grabbed myself this floaty smart top for work.
So you see it is actually easier than you think to dress stylish and with brands like George is even easier and more affordable. So I highly recommend them. I now have a great bunch of outfits which mix and match maternity ranges and non maternity. Perfect.
