His name was Dicken - Meadow and Fawn12:56
'Amongst the tallest grass and the autumn falling leaves, lives a fawn of many spots. His name was Dicken. He was no ordinary fawn for he was no bigger than a conker but what adventures he had. Taking tea with the ants, racing snails across the forest bed, watching the stars collide and the sun rise & greet the birds.
He lived inside an acorn tree that grew the the biggest of acorns you did see. He shared secrets with the squirrels and played hide and seek with the woodlice. He lived a happy life did this conker sized fawn and he was content to be small. He had but one wish... To stay this way forever.'
I adore necklaces and am always on the look out for unique nature inspired pieces. My collection consists of china animals, dried flower pendants, hand stitched flowers and vintage mini telescopes and compasses. This wonderful fawn totem necklace created by the talented Meadow & Fawn is now my favourite piece. I have called him Dicken.
