Love, Family and fields of gold

What a glorious weekend it has been. The sun has been shining and its been so lovely just soaking up the sun and my surroundings.

Friday the boy and I headed to Birmingham to pick up our wedding rings. We were so excited that when we put them on to make sure they were ok, we were reluctant to take them off again but of course we did and now they are in the possession of Lee's Dad (his best man) and we wont be seeing them again till our wedding day.

Whilst in Birmingham we went for food at Nandos, this was Lee's first time and it was so scrummy. We also did a little bit of shopping and I do believe Forever 21 is now my favourite store.

Saturday Lee was working and then playing cricket, so my folks and Nan visited and we went and had a lunch at The Castle on Edgehill. My nan loved it so we shall be taking her back there again over the summer.

Today as been wonderful. The boy and I headed to the local car boot sale and picked up some wonderful things. A new record player, another vintage camera for my collection and one of my Dad's birthday presents. I can't wait to give him it. We had a drink in a little pub tucked away in the hillside and took lots of photos at Broughton Castle.

A wonderful weekend spent with the best people.
