'It was an enchanted spell from the witch who lived deep in the forest. Her house was made of spiders webs but she hated how they turned into glitter in the sunlight. All the animals were afraid of her. They never went near her spider spindled cottage. These poor fairies had been turned into giants for trying to save the dying deer by the river bank. They often cried and would sit by their fairy house trying to listen to the whispers of their friends. Their flower crowns fit like rings and their wings lay ripped and shredded among the baby breath' - Written by Keri-Anne.
I have always felt I have been very lucky in the friendships I have had and have but there has always been one friendship that has always been incredibly important to me and that is the friendship between Keri-Anne and I.
This weekend I was so lucky to be apart of the end of Keri-Anne's Fairy Series that she has been doing for some time now and although I was apart of a shoot for it last year this shoot meant so much to me as we got to be in the photos together. I really do believe these photos show our bond and friendship and I am so incredibly lucky.
To being to express the love we have for one another would take me a lifetime because it is never ending. I have many wonderful and close friends which I am so lucky to have but our bond is one of a kind. We are connected in a way that I cant begin to explain. Like being twins that were separated at birth, we share the same values, ideas and connect in so many ways I NEVER felt was possible with friends and although we are so similar we are our own persons as well. We have shared many memories, heart breaks (on my part) and trials in our friendship but we have always come back to one another. My life was incomplete for two years when we were apart from one another and no matter how hard I tried I could not shake the feeling of something missing. She is my soul mate and always will be.
